Patient Advisory Council

The Patient Advisory Council is an important component of our Patient Centered Medical Home. It represents the diversity of our community and is comprised of 10-12 current patients and/or family members who serve for two years in a volunteer capacity. The Council meets once a month to provide structured feedback pertaining to the services rendered and care received at the Family Medicine Center.
