Getting to the Family Medicine Center

Family Medicine Center is located in downtown Fort Wayne on Broadway between w. Main Street and W. Wayne Street. You can find us in Suite #350 of the St. Joseph Medical Office Building (which is the only building with blue awnings). We accept sameday appointments, for new patients as well.

If you are driving to our clinic, please park in the St. Joseph Hospital Medical Office Building Parking Garage, entrance on Broadway. All access to the Family Medicine Center from the parking garage is handicap accessible and will be validated for free by Family Medicine Center staff after each visit.

If utilizing the Fort Wayne Citilink Bus System, you can access the clinic from the bus route #1 Waynedale via Broadway/Northecrest. Downloadable .pdf maps in both English and Spanish are available at fwcitilink.com.  

Entering the Family Medicine Center

Please enter the St. Joseph Medical Office Building from Broadway Street. Use the door which is the first blue awning next to the parking garage. Please take the elevator as soon as you enter the building to the 3rd floor. Once you exit the elevator, walk down the hall to your right. At the end of the hall veer to your left-the door at the end of this left side of the hallway is the entrance to the clinic.
