Strawberry Arugula Salad


For this recipe you will need

  • 1/2 cup shredded, cooked chicken breast
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1/2 cup chopped granny smith apple
  • 2 tablespoons light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pecan pieces
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese


In a medium bowl, combine arugula, strawberries, chicken and apple. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to coat. Sprinkle with pecans and feta.
